Q: What is it like to find peace in conflict?
Uncle Ba: When you live in a chaotic life but you understand how things going on by doing vovi practice so you are peaceful not mad then that is the real peace. But if we see people have some kind of actions then you jude or praise them. that's mean you don't understand and you are not peaceful.
Q: How to know if there is halo or not?
Uncle Ba: Feeling the vibrations on the top of the head and seeing light when the mind is concentrated.
Q: How to increase the halo?
Uncle Ba: Increasing the halo is the spirit that must be light and unblocked.
Q: What are the benefits of the halo?
Uncle Ba: The light of the halo is the protection of the mind in purity.
Q: What's Patience? What's humble? Why we should be patient and humble?
Uncle Ba: Patience is understanding things in order, not being impatient and greedy. Humble is not judging nor involving in people's business.
Patience and humble to make our souls peaceful.
Q: What is Peaceful?
Uncle Ba: Peaceful is the mind without any impure energy so even if you live in an impure environment but you can keep your mind clean so only then you really have a strong pure spirit.
Q: What is morality and what is love?
Uncle Ba: Morality is peaceful. Love is healing and build up.
*Healing is release impure energy.
* Build is chant NMADDP to fix your mind and your character become better.
* Peaceful is the mind without any impure energy.

Q: Which factors that could play an important role in my spirual progress (going forwards or backwards)?
Uncle Ba: The mind that still holds onto worldly matters shall not advance on his spiritual path. Because these matters are unreal. They will only consume one’s time and his/her concentration to develop his/her soul.
Q: What's the sense of studying “Đạo”/Tao (spiritual equilibrium) - What is enlightenment?
Uncle Ba: - Studying Tao/the rules of nature (spiritual equilibrium) is able to feel the balancing rules of energy world in your mind. Knowing the effection of pure energy and impure energy on your mind.
- Enlightenment is knowing how and able to achieve a pure balance of energy in any situation that come to you.
Q: What is practicing according to the true meditation method?
Uncle Ba:- The right meditation method is a self-improvement practice method, a practitioner does not need to depend on anyone or anything's support from outside to able to practice then only they can achieve lightness for their own. The right meditation is purified impure energy for the mind to be opened, light and unblocked not bringing anything into the mind.
- The wrong meditation practice is bringing something into the mind, make it got blocked and depend on it.
Uncle Ba: "Tu"/ spiritual cultivation is looking for yourself.
- "tu"/spiritual cultivation is the main purpose of your life, so it's up to you to make your own program.
- When you work, do it wholeheartedly, but remember that it is not the main business and purpose of your life. About family, manage to organize and take care of it, make it done by simple way so that you have time to practice.
- You do not intend to get rich, but when the chance come, you have money. But having money or not is not the main purpose of a practitioner.
- You should set the main goal is practice to achieve enlightenment to return to the universe/god, any other's things are just for fun.
- Let's focus on the practice then anything comes from life to give you a chance to work then you work to live and practice. The main goal is to achieve enlightenment so keep that in mind without being drawn out of our goal.
Q: Chu Ba, how do I know I am got blocked or cleared?
Uncle Ba: When you are clear, you can feel impure energy get out of your top of head clearly. The suction on the top of the head is strong. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Uncle Ba: When your top of the head chakra opens, you need to keep on cultivating spiritually to maintain the chakra’s clearance. Maintaining is to invoke NMADDP.
Uncle Ba: When you have some questions it's mean your mind still got stuck at these points. Meditate clear will help you to get the answer and no more wonder Or When if there is pure light enery shine on you also get clear.
Uncle Ba: People are born with sinnes. Because of the intensity of their karma, they have more or less personality or dignity problems or disability which are manifestations of mental illness.
Uncle Ba:When you practice meditation to relief impure energy, you are light. You known when you are light you are happy so you know it's same for everyone. When people are light they are happy when they got blocked by impure energy they sad and mad. So when you understand it's happen the same for everyone , you sympathize for others and your mind is in peace.
Q: Is our microcosm created from many lifetimes?
Uncle Ba: In our microcosm, there is a complete structure like the outside, not because of many lifetimes. Everyone has the same structure, so each person has the same responsibility to take care of each person's microcosm to have lightness, mental and physical health, and then cultivate to let your spirit out of body and integrate into the universe. Uncle Ba: Encountering disturbing forces during your spiritual path helps you to progress quicker. Working on oneself spiritually in a pretentiously pleasant environment will lead to self-deception.
Q: What is pure energy and impure energy ?
Uncle Ba: Pure energy and Impure energy are two opposing forces in nature. These two forces oppose each other to eventually come to a equilibrium and balance with each other. Just like two substances, acids and alkalis are opposites of each other. When these two substances are put together, it reacts very strongly to saturate each other and become water and salt are two substances that are no longer opposed to each other. It becomes quiet peace. The cycle from chaos to silence is the natural law that we call Tao (Spiritual equilibrium). Tao is the harmony of yin and yang also is the state of mental equilibrium, joyful and lightness that we feel in our spirit. Our soul is light is energy so it get effected by pure and impure energy make it has two opposing states. The state created by the pure energy is wide openness, clear lightness, freedom and healthy . And the impure energy makes our mind stuck, angry, narrow and without freedom. At present, the souls of all living being are in the realm of many impure energy so all souls got affected, it causes them don't have peaceful state, dim, madness, mental suffering ... that's why these souls are forced to find a way to neutralize the state created by impure energy. That's is to find a spiritual cultivates method. spiritual cultivates is the method that use pure light energy to clear impure energy. if we can clear all the impure energy and maintain a state of being lightness without effected of impure energy on a practitioner's soul, then we call " to be liberated". Impure energy and Pure energy It has power.
A cultivator with a pure lightness mind and a sharper intuition, they feel the intensity of the power of the pure energy and impure energy very clearly. By realizing the two properties of these two forces clearly, they know how to neutralize these two forces so that their mind always have the state of purity and peace. On the spiritual journey to come to freedom from bondage, the practitioner must endure the impact of these two forces. So if you do not have the persistence to remember your goal to go to, you will be lost. We should always remember that our goal is liberations to becoming zero and lightness.
Uncle Ba: All living beings are able to live because of the suction from pure energy sucks away their impure energy, which we see through our sleep every night. This is equilibrium nature to maintain the existence. It is the spiritual equilibrium law that maintains minds equilibrium. God's pure light energy sucks our impure then burns it to become the pure one. When someone can cultivates lightness due to they can release their impure energy out of the top of their heads is where God sucks out the impure energy from each person's soul. Our souls are stuck in the body and living in this world has a lot of impure energy, so everyone is impure, but because they don't know a method to practice to be lightness so they don't know that they are impure. Therefore, they live without lightness and lucidity that's why they unintentionally do wrong with the equilibrium law which causes them suck a lot of impure energy and then suffers, anxiety and fear in their souls. Everyone is looking for happiness and peace, but there is no high effective way because they do not know that impure energy is an invisible form and it is the source of mental suffering. If you want to end suffering, the only way is to use a practice methods to relieve suffering. That's all very simple!
Uncle Ba: Our spiritual structure has many states like a country has a king, soldiers....so when the general works, it is mighty and the queen is gentle... So we have to practice to clear the bad elements, then we still have the good ones.
Q: Do we have to practice to clear impure energy all the time?

Q: Are blessings coming to me as a result of my own spiritual practices?
Uncle Ba: Correct. Blessings are our lightness created by ourselves. The lighter we are the more good fortunate events happen to us. We say we are Blessed.
Uncle Ba: Spiritual Cultivation of Vo Vi Method is spiritual cultivation of spiritual energy. So that whatever the mind thinks, it will happen. People who complains will suffer just like their will. On the contrary, those who think well and optimistic will do well.
Uncle Ba: Our soul is like a king. He only agrees or disagrees with the suggested ideas. If we’re dim & approve of its wrong actions, all will suffer.
Uncle Ba: If you cultivate but still like to compete, want to win someone. That's instigation of six senses organs and six sense objects. If you cultivates but still thinking that you are good, you are excellent. It's mean you agree with six sense organs and six sense objects ideas. Your soul is god father, your astral is god mother, 6 senes organs and objects are divine, saint,fairy. All living beings (each body's cells, pores) are thousands of souls.
Q: How to distinguish between soul body and astral body?
Uncle Ba: The soul just concerns in doing spiritual cultivation. The Astral does everything.
Q: Uncle Ba, Soul or Astral body wake me up?
Uncle Ba: The Astral, that wakes you up on time.
Q: Dear Uncle, invoke NMADDP for a period of time will automatically not want to mess with anyone's business. Do astral or soul body understand that?

Uncle Ba: This body is very precious. We often take it for granted. But when an organ is missing or defected, we suffer greatly. When we create karma then get ill, it takes lengthy period of spiritual cultivation to recover the body to its original state.
Uncle Ba: God is also one divide himself into thousands of spirits and the universe. So everything comes from one, so everything has the same nature as god. But because of different karma, many faces are born. Now we practice Vovi to clean all karma from our spiritual so then we return to the nature of the original soul which is god.
Q: What is a return to the origin?
Uncle Ba: In our body have a heart, liver, lung, etc... Many different parts have different tasks but cooperate with each other for us to live. The universe also has full organizations, which can not just be accumulate into a lump. In the spiritual world, although there are many different levels, but if you cultivate the spirit, it will return to its original state. So if we cultivate, we will return to our original state or original level. So, when there is a spiritual practice method that can help you come back, you should just focus on practicing, what more could you want?!. When we are light, the energy of all five sense organs will also be clear and go up to the top of the head which is called "return to original" and all return to god and unite with god.
Uncle Ba: When you practice, yawning and falling asleep is the beginning of the relief. People who don't practice also yawn and fall asleep when they're tired.
Uncle Ba: People who do not know how to cultivates to clear impure energy of mind to be pure light then ghosts mind follow. Ghosts can not get close to who has a pure light spirit. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Uncle Ba: Practicing on letting go and no worry is to make your mind not to carry things and being clingy. Let things happen on its own accord.
Q: It would be wonderful if we could just delete things like the computer. Whatever is not needed, directly delete them...hihi
Uncle Ba: Soi Hon, Phap Luan Thuong Chuyen, Chieu Minh is to delete them. But there are too much memories, that’s why it takes long time. The difficult part is that we delete and record memories at the same time.
Q: Ah. Is that so? It retrieves those ancient memories, right uncle? When I do Soi Hon, it often brought me back to those old stories. It brought back even those memories that I didn’t remeber myself. Now it’s kinda gone.
Uncle Ba: That’s right. When you see them coming up meaning they are leaving. That’s why sometimes we recall bad, good, happy stories...etc even going back to past lives memories.
Q: Great!! But I havent seen my past lives yet.
Uncle Ba: All of them are memories recorded in our mind. That’s why when those memories appear, we think we are them leading to misperception.
Q: So we are living here just like living in a dream?
Uncle Ba: Correct. Dreams make you suffer. People who have gone ahead of us had told us this, however, we ignored their sayings because we are addicted to dreaming.
Uncle Ba: If we are really kind, our words will never offend others. Our words with the intention of contributing and sharing only.
Uncle Ba: If we follow a vegetarian diet and practice spiritual lightly so when we go to a restaurant, we will suck impure energy into our body but because we are light so we can release it easily. If we suck it too much at the same time and can't neutralize it in time, slowly we'll get blocked, heaviness and headache...
Q: Uncle, How do I know that I've reached enlightenment? And what is that state?
Uncle Ba: Reached enlightenment is understand the law of spiritual equilibrium, and to practice it all the time to maintain lightness. Lazy is going to corrupt.
Q: That's all, uncle. So simple!
Uncle Ba: It's that simple.
Q: Hihi but keeping the lightness all the time is not easy.
Uncle Ba: Hihi, it's very difficult to do simple things, but if you want to, you can do it.
Q: Of course I want to, uncle. I never want to stay here again.
Uncle Ba: Ok, if you are determined to find a way to make yourself light without attachment mind, you will know more and more how to maintain your lightness.
Q: How do I know which state of lightness I am in and which level?
Uncle Ba: When your soul can exit your body regularly then you know that your dharma power is strong and you can release bad energy quickly.
Q: Although our souls can come out of bodies, we still have to live on earth for the rest of our term. Why don’t you go out of your body and not come back?
Uncle Ba: That is the Will of God! We only care about developing our souls to become the purest spirits.
Q: Oh, it is so hard! It seems that when I can get out my body I still don't know what god's plan is.
Uncle Ba: Why should you still curious about other people’s business while cultivating? People recommended letting it go to clear your mind, why would you want to keep everything?
Q: I still don’t get it, there are so many funny things in this world! Even if I can get out of the body, it's still not ok!

Q: When can I really see my soul?
Uncle Ba: When we come back to ourselves, we see our souls. You won’t see yourself by looking outwardly.
Q: Uncle! Let me ask you, after eating, if I sit and invoke NMADDP I'll feel the suction energy on the top of the head is strong. So why is the suction on the top of the head so strong?
Uncle Ba: God suckles non-stop the impure energy of all living beings.
Q: When the energy is sucking meaning I release the killing karma, will all of them be released?
Uncle Ba: Of course they will.
Q: Those animals, Do they have any benefits for being released?
Uncle Ba: Their soul evolution will get a higher level by our spiritual practice.
Q: Do I still owe these animals, Uncle?
Uncle Ba: No, you don't. Being blocked is debt, clear is out of debt.
Q: When there was no man, have God existed yet?
Uncle Ba: God is eternal, neither born nor destroyed. Compared to the life of the universe, the earth has just created. It means that before man, the universe existed. And before the universe, there was nothing, but there was God. Mr Tu (Master Tu) practiced spiritual cultivation and saw God when there was no universe.
Q: Did God exist before the universe?
Uncle Ba: God created the universe. But let's stop talking about God, focusing on your own spiritual cultivation and clear your impurity energy. The cleaner you are, the more you know God. Let you know that spirituality is infinite, so the ordinary mind cannot understand it until cultivation has been achieved. Keep practicing, humble yourself to learn all the time!
Q: The universe is matter. How did God create it?
Uncle Ba: If you analyze deeply in the atomic nucleus of matter, matter is also made of energy. But energy comes from thoughts. From the mind.
Q: So, from the mind… emitting nmaddp at the top of the head all the time, so that is emitting balanced energy for our spirits, right, Mr. Ba?
Uncle Ba: Yes, so practice is to keep invoke nmaddp on the top of the head non-stop.
Q: How not to cling?
Uncle Ba: Clinging is a force of attraction, refusing to let go. When we practice to release or neutralize that attraction, we no longer cling. The trick is to train your will to "let it go". That is not clingy.
Q: Okay, thank you, uncle. That force must be terrible?
Uncle Ba: Cultivating to have a strong mind that can release everything easily is to neutralize the clinging force. So, pay attention if you have a dictatorial nature that means you're clingy. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Uncle Ba: Don’t regret your efforts in building things. That way you can practice to go back to the emptiness.
Q: What is a wise soul can meet its astral body?
Uncle Ba: Cultivating the mind to be wise is cultivating for the mind to be bright. The mind shines when it's clear. Spiritual energy going smooth will emit love and forgiveness light (spiritual light). Meeting the soul's astral body means that the soul's energy is associated with the astral's energy or the soul meets the astral or yin and yang in harmony with each other. Those who do not have a method of practice to release impure energies to their soul and astral body, their soul and astral body will become contaminated, affected by worldly karma, and damaged because of the loss of the magic inherent from the beginning. When the soul practices using pure light energy to remove impure energy which is clinging to the soul and astral body, the soul and astral body will be cleansed and returned to the way it was before. That's called cultivating and correcting.
Q: What is the purpose of all the agitation towards us?
Uncle Ba: Whatever happens and bothers you, you should definitely ignore it and practice spiritual as much as possible to release impure energy to make your mind peaceful and light, everything will change for the better. The purpose of all the agitation that comes to us is to train our mind to definitely use our willpower to make us return to a peaceful state.
Q: I'm still like a stone sitting every night. Must manage to be light!
Uncle Ba: Relaxing is light.
Q: To be able to concentrate is relaxing, isn't it?
Uncle Ba: Not thinking about anything is relaxing. Going to sleep is relaxing.
Q: Really? Can I sleep, uncle? I didn't let my body sleep, I woke up to wash my face, wave my hands or do something else then continue to sit.
Uncle Ba: Sitting and focusing your will on the top of the head to sleep and not think about anything. When it is cooling outside, sit and do the "Soi Hon" method, breathe the "Phap Luan Thuong Chuyen" method, and then cover with a blanket to sleep. Don't think anything.
Q: This is good, uncle, I sleep a lot, when impure energy is attached to me I feel sleepy, I often climb up on the chair to sit and sleep.
Uncle Ba: Uncle Ba said that sitting slept by the time will become smart, someone thought that Uncle Ba was joking.
Q: Are you telling the truth? I'm going to try to sleep as much as possible once time!
Uncle Ba: Uncle Ba said uncle Ba told the truth.
Q: I like to teach others, that mean I enjoy being a teacher?
Uncle Ba: Like is wrong! Right! It means you love being a teacher.
Q: I mean, if I see someone who needs help, I want to help. Is that ok? Hihi
Uncle Ba: If people ask, help them! If they don't then just focus to invoke "Nam Mo A Di Da Phat".
Q: Uncle, do I need to sit on a same place and invoke "nmaddp"? Or just just need to work and invoke "nmaddp" at the same time?
Uncle Ba: Invoke "nmaddp" all the time to get used to it. Walking, standing, sitting or lying down also need to invoke "nmaddp" ***
Uncle Ba: Do you know what is the difference between being a teacher and sharing?
Q: Being a teacher is dictatorship, in fact you "forcing" people to follow your will.
Uncle Ba: That's right. Just a little bit difference. So, hearing a person's way of speaking is knowing right or wrong. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Q: Why do we need to be totally clear to reach the state of equilibrium?
Uncle Ba: Once a person reaches the state of equilibrium, he will have clarity and lightness. To reach this state of equilibrium, his mind has to be clear. It’s like river water has to flow to the sea 🌊, once it reaches the sea, it’ll stop flowing and reach the stillness state. For the river water to be able to flow to the sea, the river has to be clear for its water to flow. If the river is blocked, water flow will also be blocked and can’t get to the sea. Therefore, practitioners have to work on spiritual practices to clear the blockages in his/her minds to achieve the state of equilibrium. You say you want to reach the state of equilibrium without doing the practices to make yourself clear. This state won’t happen to you.
Q: When we are light, impure energy is always looking for us, so limits contact others texting, right, uncle ?
Uncle Ba: That’s right. When we are light, impure energy is always looking for us, so we have to know who needs help then we can help them but who just gossip with us then let them go.
Q: What you teach us in the group is to let the soul know how to govern 6 senes organs and 6 senes objects, right? Because the soul is inherently silent, only impure energies make us mess up?
Uncle Ba: A pure soul is a void. We have to practice it to become automatic, then the impure energies will be neutralized continuously. Being able to do that means our mind is very strong. That is returning to God.
Uncle Ba: When you have pure energy, you take control of your life. Pure energy has the power to break all the impure energies that block your soul. Pure energy is the source of a peaceful and happy life.
Uncle Ba: Everything is created by our mind, so when your mind emits something, you have it. So if we want to have something, we must have the heart to give, not worry about losing. Because when our mind really wants to give, the mind has the state of giving, then people or surroundings have a will to give when we are there. Then we have. On the contrary, when we want to have, want to take, the surrounding environment also want to have, want to keep, so we won't get anything. If we want people to love us, we must have a loving heart. If you want to be rich, you have to live rich. And if you are stingy, the surrounding environment will become stringy for you.
