🌷 PART 11

Q: Uncle, if husband and wife have predestined karma, do they have to stay until they are old or until one of them wants to leave to finish their karma? Or if I quit, even if I quit to cultivate my spirit, will I also still be in debt?
Uncle Ba: Karma is the thoughts in the mind. Release karma is releasing all the ideas in your head. When two people meet and fit together it creates an inner liking thought. The minds are attached by each other is called karma. We must practice spirituality to release thoughts and understand that the position of each soul is to be responsible for our evolution means we release karma. No need to leave anyone means release karma because we don't own anything in this life so no need to give up or keep.
Q: Yeah, I don't mean to own my wife or children or anything. I mean, I just want to be free to easily cultivate my spirit, is that okay?
Uncle Ba: This is the thought of wanting to be free but still clinging. Clinging is wanting to control everything other than yourself to follow your will, and dare not to let it happen naturally.
Uncle Ba: On earth there is air, so we can make sound to speak in order to communicate with each other but in space sound cannot be heard. Talking is just conveying ideas. So the spiritual realm does not speak by sound, but only conveys thoughts. Communicate from the top of head.
Uncle Ba: When we live naturally, we live according to the understanding of the astral body. The more spiritual cultivation makes the astral wiser, the more natural we live. Wise is not ordinary intelligence. The astral also is like Bluetooth. It captures signals of all surroundings. Just like Uncle Ba goes somewhere and wants to park near the shop that he wants to go to, in his mind, he knows how to have a parking space close to him even though there are a lot of cars parked in the parking lot.
Q: Is that the teachings from the astral body, uncle!?
Uncle Ba: The astral body report to the soul.
Uncle Ba: Before practicing the Vovi method, the impure energies are not stirred, they are accumulated hardly at the bottom of the body as such the mud settled down at the bottom of a clear lake. Practicing the Vovi method is to stir up the mud to filter it out.. so non-cultivator while lying down sleep will still absorb impure energies, but they don't know and when Vovi practitioners lie down, they also absorb impure energies, they know it immediately so they feel uncomfortable. Non-cultivators also feel tired when they wake up. Couldn't wake up.
Q: Uncle, so if I sincerely practice but have no results. For example, 10 years the astral body is still not able to go out of the body so what other reasons are there?
Uncle Ba: Although someone was sincere but practiced wrongly so there was no result. Wrong practice is practicing and worrying about other people's business out there at the same time. Teacher Tam said "practice Vo Vi to become a Buddha then you can do whatever you want" In "Vi Kien Discussion" (name of a book written by Teacher Tam). At least have to enter the Buddha world. Q: What is the cause of illness?
Uncle Ba: All diseases are caused by impure energies that cling to your soul for a long time, so the functioning of the organs is not as smooth as it was in the beginning. Like a vicious circle, when the impure energies cling to us that we can't release, it causes our five organs to become blocked, from which we have some kind of nature.
It is also because of our nature that we inadvertently make ourselves sick continuously. Therefore, if we want to cure diseases, we should stop the habits and thoughts in life and use the Vovi practice method to quickly release all impure energies, then our body will heal itself. If we want to pay off karma, we have to practice the method to release impure energies in our minds, no need to do anything else.
Ba told this story that Ba's father felt cold one day even though the weather was not cold. When he was taken to the hospital for examination, he knew that he had cancer in his marrow, so he did not have enough red blood cells. After a year of western cancer treatment, still no improvement.
Then Ba's father again had to go to the hospital to be treated by a doctor. The doctor finally gave up and sent him home to spend the rest of his life with his family. But the family wants to leave Ba's father in the hospital so that a doctor can take care of him.
Ba had contact with dad while he was in the hospital because he practiced vovi, so he also knew about the spiritual energy. Ba knew that while dad was still in the hospital, it would be difficult for him to recover from his illness and even get worse. Ba told the family to bring dad home immediately. Fortunately, the doctor did not allow him to stay in the hospital, so the family had to bring dad home.
Because of living in another state, Ba had to fly back to meet dad and advise him to practice properly. When Ba returned to dad, Ba saw many friends and relatives calling or visiting. They brought heavy energies that dad could not recover.
Ba told dad to stop contacting his friends and focused on breathing the Chieu Minh method and listening to teacher Tam's tapes to have pure light energy. Before bringing dad into the house from the hospital, Ba felt that there was a stream of energy shining down on the house. Ba knew that there was light shining from the spiritual realm.
When dad first came home, he was too weak. Just lying in bed. He was so weak that he couldn't even drink water. But after a few days, he was able to get up and get out of bed, eat and recover. Three months later, as healthy as a person without the disease. He went to the doctor to get tested again and there was no cancer anymore. Good rosy facial skin as usual. The doctor was surprised and couldn't explain.
Before Ba returned home, Ba told dad to return to the inner self and cultivate and focus on releasing impure energies and limiting communication with friends and colleagues. Ba's father said he understood everything Ba has said but he couldn't do it. After three months of living a normal life, one day Ba called to inquire and found out that after dad attended a meeting with colleagues, he returned home and fell ill again and passed away after two weeks.
Uncle Ba: We have to learn the laws of spiritual science and practice according to that law to get results, if we don't know how to do self-cultivation to get self-improvement and we need to rely on others to save us meaning we don't know how to use our abilities for the rest of our lives, we will be weak and dependent and will die.
Uncle Ba: Spiritual cultivation is not only to understand theories but also to practice to get real results. People talking is talking about the theories come from the results of practice. For example, people say that invoke NMADDP help to dissolve thoughts. Then when we do that if our thoughts are gone then we see it as what people say. And if we do that but our thoughts still there, then the theory people say is not true or our cultivation has no results. So what do we believe? Are people wrong or are we wrong?
Q: Only I am wrong, no one is wrong. I always take that sentence to learn.
Uncle Ba: If you think people are wrong, then you think you are right. And if you are right so why do you still worried and sad while seeing the other person sober? So maybe you're wrong. Then you have to re-study your practice.
Q: Is invoke NMADDP a truth yet Uncle?!
Uncle Ba: The truth is the theories of facts. When invoke NMADDP if it makes our thoughts dissolve and our mind peaceful and wise then invoke NMADDP is the truth.
Q:Uncle, Are we feeling bored with this life because at that time we were affected by impure energy?
Uncle Ba: That's right, just like when we're light, we are not bored and we are not addicted to life either. Whatever is going on, we have nothing to do with it.

Uncle Ba: Cultivating to have a strong soul is the main task, cultivation is not about following the humane that ordinary people teach. Most people are attached to the moral ethics that people set out to make the mind tormented but the mind cannot develop.
Q: Why does it shake when practicing?
Uncle Ba: Being shaken while practice is up to the individual. Should breathe the "Chieu Minh" method a lot to stop shaking. Being shaken also doesn't matter, that is chakra unblocking. Must practice continuously without stopping for chakras to be clear, then meditation will be quiet.
Uncle Ba: Cultivation is a practice to release the quaking out of the mind to keep the mind in peace all the time. Wrong means the energy of chakras is not clear yet, when it is clear there is no wrong. But when we are still living on earth, We will always get affected by worldly karma, so we make mistakes all the time. That's why we have to practice maintaining clear chakras all the time. Have to cultivate all the time and fix mistakes all the time.
Uncle Ba: When our mind is in turmoil, it's because there's impure energy clinging to the mind. Impure energy is like a cricket falling on a calm lake, a cricket making waves on the surface of the water. Cricket is the impure energy that jumps in the water, the lake is the mind. Waves on the lake are thoughts. If the cricket is taken out of the water means releasing impure energy, then the water will calm down again, which means the mind will return to purity. In the world, there are so many impure energies, so we have to practice and cleanse them all the time. Take out the crickets all the time.
Q: I greet Uncle Ba and the whole family. I've just got fortunate to know about the VoVi practice method recently. Can Uncle Ba take a look at my past life and guide me on how to practice?
Uncle Ba: People living in this world are automatically infected with the world karmas, so their minds are dark and they create sins that make their souls heavy and sorrowful. Q: What should we do when we have a yin part inside us?
Uncle Ba: When there is a yin part inside us, we have to cultivate and release it out and at the same time don't accept the chaotic thoughts that appear in our head. We have to use forgiveness and love to be the standard. The mind has no jealousy, or hatred because this is the mind of the devil. If we keep nurturing these thoughts means we still want to play with the devil and we won't be pure light. We have to release and educate ourselves. If we don't teach and practice the method to keep ourselves light, we'll be stupid and miserable because of ourselves. Ghosts are weak and always ask for help, while demons are dictators and think they are better than others.
Q: Uncle, there was a monk who cured many illnesses, including mediating for injustice between people of yang and yin. This monk has also practiced spiritual evolution and also can get out the soul, and cultivate spiritual energy, so I think they use the spiritual power to heal diseases, so people's souls are healed. However, they say that the method we practice is not effective, we have lost our way. So what is the truth? Your soul can go out, can you see where is my dad's soul now?
Uncle Ba:If a practitioner achieves a wise mind, we will know that all diseases arise from one's thoughts. When we are unwise, we think wrongly, so we live the wrong way and we get sick. To live wrongly with the spiritual equilibrium/the Tao, that is to live without letting go and to like to hold on to it, is against the Tao. Spiritual equilibrium is the law that maintains the mind to return to a pure state, the mind is not disturbed, and it is not crushed and suffering. So when we live with the awareness that everything is not ours, we are living according to the Tao. Spiritual Equilibrium is the mind without thoughts, the mind is quiet and pure. Because it is zero so when we create something, we also have to give it up ourselves. That's the educational cycle of God that teaches each soul, teaches the soul to be wise to know how to create lightness to itself, comfortable and develop infinitely, not to be self-constrained. Therefore, a wise practitioner does not interfere in other people's learning, but only contributes to the darkened souls to awaken their minds so that they can save themselves, unblocked themselves, finding out themselves is the main thing, not that looking for other people's souls for what.
We cultivate we should focus on practicing the method to achieve lightness for the soul can go to a light pure realm. We save ourselves is the main thing, and to unite and return to God is the main thing. Finally, only ourselves is the main thing. Everything in this world turns out to be just to teach us to fulfill the three noble qualities that we must possess to return to our roots. That is Bi, Tri, Dung (love, wise, brave). We can go back to ourselves means we have these three precious qualities that people call the Triple Gem.
Uncle Ba: When the spiritual cultivate lightly, suck in then immediately release. When meditating, energy circulates strongly, impure energy cannot be attached. Therefore, the soul can be light then it can come out of the body.
Uncle Ba: Tao/ Spiritual equilibrium is a pure mind with no thoughts in the mind. If you want the mind to be pure, you don't want anything, don't mean to protect your ego, don't have the will want people to listen to you, don't compete, jealousy, hatred but only focus on cultivating, invoke nmaddp and release impure energy, disturbing thoughts out. Just release all out and keeping the mind quiet is enough. That's so easy. If you are still a dictator, your mind will have no peace, no peace, no impartial, unintelligent and you lock your soul in your delusion. Why should we worry about other people's business and let ourselves suffer and be dark? A dictator is a fool who harms himself and makes his mind heavy.
Uncle Ba: When we have competitive nature because wanting to convince others to listen to our will means we are dictatorial.

Uncle Ba: A true cultivator is someone who knows what he wants to do. They are self-directed and determined to work to achieve their goals for themselves. They are people who have a lot of courage to sacrifice any unnecessary work that hinders their progress. They don't compete and argue over things that don't help them move forward. They return to themselves to take care of their spiritual development to return to the great position that they foolishly lost. Those who refuse to practice and refuse to use all their abilities to self-cultivate to clear the deadlocks and darkness of their souls are those who discriminate against themselves.
Uncle Ba: Let's keep sitting while sleeping, you will improve. Able to sleep is release impure energy strongly. Keep releasing then you will be light and the mind will get developed. When we are light, the soul and astral body will come out of the body. The mind must take it easy in life. Don’t take it too important about worldly business.
Q: Why do I practice in hard condition I can cultivate well, while I cultivate in easy conditions I cultivated so bad?
Uncle Ba: Only when we are suffering then we will focus back on ourselves. At that time, the mind can be at peace so we can get improve.

Uncle Ba: Release impure energy until there are no thoughts in the head only can call pure light, then the soul can get out of the body. A lot of reasoning means the mind is still in disturbances and has no lightness. Cultivation is only concerned with the practice of releasing impure energy for maximum purity of the soul, natural magic will appear. We should not want or don't want to have the soul or astral body come out of the body. Should not reason according to our deduction through books or scriptures. We have to practice with experience, with clear experience to know. Then we have to prove the fact whether it is true. If we don't know in spiritual energy and say that this is right or that's wrong, we're leading ourselves in the wrong direction without knowing it. We should not have any opinions that cause us to build a wall to block the way to the truth.
Q: Uncle, someone who has no thoughts in his mind is impossible. Uncle Ba, please explain a bit, I got confused to understand.
Uncle Ba: When invoking NMADDP all the time we will have no thoughts but only the will of NMADDP. To have peace is the greatest happiness. Should keep the mind silent, don't let it swing around. The devil, the ghost creates a chaotic surrounding environment for the cultivators to train to ignore it to keep peaceful. They create agitation for the cultivator then God rewards them to let them go to hell so that they will soon awaken to cultivate their mind to be pure and come back to god. So who doesn't want to be rewarded this way, don't be silly to stand up and “ give the whip" to others!
Q: Then in life, there is no need to care about right and wrong, uncle. Only NMADDP.
Uncle Ba: We only care for our soul to be light and pure. The soul is light is right and heavy is wrong.
Q: Practicing the Vovi methods, I see it as a healthy body workout. Uncle Ba is a genius, I think it is difficult.
Uncle Ba: What is difficult? Now set the main goal is just to cultivate the soul able to get out of the body, everything else is not worth worrying about. Easy, right? Uncle Ba: Uncle Ba tells you straight that if you practice Vovi, you will be light. If you are greedy to find other dharmas and collected too much impure energy which causes your Chakras completely blocked and bear with it. The cultivator must understand which dharma can unblock and why it can. What are the causes? If you don't understand and run around collecting troubles, you'll waste time and have to start over from beginning. It is not because I am practicing Vovi so I said that the Vovi dharma is a highly effective practice method. The truth is that Vovi dharma has very highly effective. Those who practice have not many results yet cannot know about this, so they are still in doubt and suspect the dharma. Those who know the Vovi dharma are very fortunate. But if anyone cultivates without results, they should reconsider how have they been practicing. Since knowing the Vovi dharma I kept practicing these methods and discovered that spirituality was very magical and immensely developed. If you practice diligently, you will definitely have results in the spiritual realm.
Q: Why does Uncle Ba very often talk about eating pork? I have eaten pork for many lifetimes. Is it okay to eat a little more in this life?
Uncle Ba: Eating pork has a lot of impure energies that are very clingy and make it difficult for the chakras to circulate. Because of this nature, it is difficult for practitioners to release these impure energies and create alot of common sentiments. Emotional clinging to the mind is difficult to give up any lifetime's business to keep the mind pure.
Uncle Ba: Anyone who speaks wisely, speaks good, speaks well, and criticizes others is fine with them, but you should ask yourself if you know how to make yourself light so that your soul can come out of your being. If people haven't been able to come out the soul, it is because they don't know how to practice or practice has not resulted yet, then their criticism has no value to be concerned with. If they practice with real results, they certainly don't waste their time and energy criticizing others. Awakening Mind: "Whoever praises or hates does not care".
Q: Why said that cultivators are "stupid"?
Uncle Ba: "Stupid" means not caring about winning or losing or disputing any worldly's business, actually cultivators are not stupid. They are wise so they know to build up their souls is eternal, not caring about temporary things that are not real.
Q: uncle, I think Cultivators often try to discover things, no one is stupid but they don't know yet.
Uncle Ba: Close your eyes and listen to learn about the changes in your mind to know how to practice so that your mind can be purified as much as possible, not open your eyes and run around to find out about other people's business.
Q: Uncle Ba. Are all these feelings of hate, sadness, joy inference invisible and hidden inside of us? As long as we practice hard to solve continuously, one day when I close my eyes, I will forget everything and see my true self, right Uncle?
Uncle Ba: Right. Thoughts are the vibrations that enter the mind itself, it causes the chakras become blocked which creates sadness, pain, anxiety, etc. When we cultivate with strong willpower, when we invoke NMADDP, our chakras are clear, so we no longer have any thoughts. Q: Can Uncle Ba share tips for cultivating well for new cultivators?
Uncle Ba: Cultivation of Vovi is that we release impure energies and create light pure energies. Light pure energies are the ability to unblock and dissolve all the deadlocks, so when a practitioner has a definitive mind to practice, he will have a lot of light pure energies. Therefore, everything around us will be well influenced by our light pure energies. And if anyone hasn't had a definitive mind yet, they will still be able to release impure energies without having a lot of light pure power, then life will be still messy all the time. Therefore, at the beginning of the practice, a practitioner should turn to himself and focus on cultivating for a while, then he will be light and have a good influence on himself and everything around him. The trick to cultivating well for all is to turn to yourself and focus your mind to develop for yourself. The more you focus on yourself, the brighter the mind becomes. Concentrate as much as you don't even think about your surroundings. Don't care! only focus on cultivating, we will save all. Otherwise, care for others will lost everything.
Uncle Ba: We were born with the five senses to be extroverted since birth, but if we know how to cultivate and look inward, we will succeed.
Uncle Ba: Patience and diligence mean that we diligently cultivate. If something comes up that causes us to be in turmoil, but we still diligently cultivate, we will dissolve all that turmoils. Finally, we will peaceful.
Uncle Ba: Black Buddha is the God of Infinity Great Emperor (Thượng Đế Vô Cực Đại Thiên Tôn) is the origin of everything. When Mr. Tu's soul came out and return to the time before the universe was formed, Mr. Tu only saw a flow of black energy that Mr. Tu described as having no people and no objects. The souls of all beings are separated from this place and therefore all have their original nature from God. Because the soul is polluted, it loses the nature of God. If someone cultivates to remove all pollution, the soul will be transparent again as it was when separated from God. Pollution makes our minds clingy, delusional nature that creates a small and narrow ego.

🌷 PART 18

Uncle Ba: Sitting sleep is better than lying down sleep because the flow of energies flows along the spine is in the same direction as the suction drawn from the top of the head, so polluted energies can be released quickly. But the chakra on the top of the head must be open for impure energies to go out. Those who have not opened the chakra on the top of the head are difficulty sitting asleep. When invoking NMADDP, the vibrations of the 6 words neutralized the vibrations of the stagnation and chaos clinging to the mind, so the mind was at peace again. When the mind is light, only the vibrations of the spiritual energies of the spiritual realm can be felt.
Q: When meditating and becoming light, I connect mind to mind with Guanyin. But after that, I felt like I was Guan Yin. Is my feeling disrespectful, uncle?
Uncle Ba: There is no disrespect to show that you and Guanyin can be one. So we have to practice returning to ourselves and keep our minds light and empty. The heart for only one's own is only called a god.
Uncle Ba: People who are suffering, do not know who they are and what the purpose of existence is, so they want to find dharma to cultivate. All the correct dharmas are how to solve suffering and the cause that makes darkness disappear. The source of suffering and darkness are energies in the spiritual realm, which are impure energies. Vovi mediation is the practice of going straight to spiritual energy to perform these things without using external objects.
Uncle Ba: In your spiritual cultivation, you have to be sober. The law of life is the law of life, spiritual equilibrium law is the law of spiritual equilibrium. Mixing everything mess up is called disorderly. If you see a red light on the road and run past it, you will always have an accident. The police arrested then you can not tell them that in my opinion, the light are the same.
Q: What is spiritual energy?
Uncle Ba: People who still like to read sutras don't understand what sutras are. Sutra is the energy circulating in our chakra which is the energy of our mind. We cultivate how to make all the chakras clear is attained. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Uncle Ba: In nature, god creates two forces of light pure and heavy impure to educate the soul to have BI - TRI and DUNG (Love-Wise-brave)　to keep the balance for themselves. We can achieve lightness means we have full of BI - TRI and DUNG which Are 3 factors to return to our original nature.
Uncle Ba: Taking the basics as standard, We don't have any thoughts. When we have some thoughts means we got infected impure energy from outside world and can't release it, then we react according to these infections. Our mind is originally blank. So if we want to be at peace, we must release all thoughts. And when we see that we have a certain nature, we know that we have been sick because of impure energies have been created a long time ago.
Uncle Ba: Sooner or later we will be infected by impure energy. 1st is that we don't know, 2nd is that we are unpolluted. If you are unpolluted, the soul must be outside the body while you are alive. So Uncle Ba said that we have to take the standard if the soul comes out of the body to know if we are a really light and good person or not, otherwise we are not pure enough.
Q: Why do we have to cultivate, Mr Ba? What is the purpose of Cultivate to return to god, Mr. Ba? What is the purpose of liberation, Mr. Ba?
Uncle BaUncle Ba: Everything is looking for happiness, peace, health, a relaxed and wise spirit, clear thoughts, no fear, freedom, no restraint or bound in the soul...These states are just the states when the capacity of our soul circulates harmoniously and strongly. Our mental capacity by the original structure of nature is to circulate continuously and strongly. Which we call the Creator or god. But since the law of god wants to have this powerful harmonious circulation, there must be elements to push our soul's capacity to go to the same state as the original state of it. That is the force of light pure energy open development and impure energy deadlock. Because the mind is blocked by impure force, it makes the mind gradually far away from the state that it was in the beginning. It's tribulation, birth- old-sick-die. Because the ability is not lost, it is only strong or weak. Because when it is weak, it is constantly reincarnated to be trained until it lights up as it was in the beginning. The journey to let our mind shine is called cultivating. So we have to use the dharma cultivates to brighten our minds again. Must use the dharma that can make the mind really brighten up is right. When the mind shines like it was in the beginning, it is called a return to god and liberation. To have liberation, the mind must have a vibration to break out impure energy constantly. We call it diligence.
Uncle Ba: Call Buddha means there is still a position. Still high or slow means still have positions. No Space and no time are God. God is zero. Finally zero. Zero is out of words. 🌷 PART 20

Uncle Ba: There are as many impure energies in this world as phone waves. It belongs to the type of yin energy and our soul is yang, so yin and yang attract each other constantly, so we have to practice abdominal breathing and invoke NMADDP to solve it continuously. If we train the mind not to cling, we won’t collect the surrounding environment business and loaded inside. Practice the mind and character to ignore these not necessary businesses, do not care, do not think it’s important, then nothing will be recorded in the mind.
Q: Why do cultivators need to understand the spiritual equilibrium law?
Uncle Ba: Anything that exists must follow the law of natural equilibrium to be there. So is the soul. It is imprisoned in the body or released from the body must also follow the law of spiritual equilibrium. So when we know this natural law, we can do anything. Looking at an airplane as big as a building that can also fly through the air and fly at a speed of hundreds of kilometers per hour and a ship weighing thousands of tons can still float on the water, we see that people do these things because they apply it under the laws of physics in nature. Anyone who knows how to cultivate and make their souls become pure light can leave their bodies. Fortunately, we had the method to practice and we more or less know how to practice erasing the impure energy. Therefore, if we want our souls to leave the body to know the spiritual equilibrium law, we must commit ourselves to practicing the Vovi method. In the beginning, if humans could create an airplane that only can carry one person, now they can make an airplane that can carry 500 people. They just make the machine more powerful. When we practice and our soul can come out once, we can make it possible to come out often and come out as our will. We just practice how to make our erasing impure energy power become stronger.
Uncle Ba: Must keep going back to ourselves to take care of cultivation. People with a lot of feelings and extroverts are difficult to cultivate.
Uncle Ba: Buddha does not enter human bodies and name himself. Buddha is a person who has been liberated, so he doesn't care about worldly business. People must follow the Buddha's example to cultivate and move on their own.
Q: I realize that there is a part of the Devil's Mind in me. Always pretending. I accept and am consistent with the way of cultivation when I encounter misunderstandings and miss acknowledge from others. But when someone comes to talk to me, they only annoy me even more. So is my mind still owned by those parts?
Uncle Ba: Hihi. Because you still love and care about them, every time you meets them and see that they are still in darkness, you feel angry in your heart and do not want to have feelings involved with them so that you can return to yourself. Let them go through their suffering so that they can quickly awaken their mind. If their approach makes you get impure energy and uncomfortable then you go somewhere else.
Q: If so, I just need to change my behavior to be right in life and be determined to practice to be able to concentrate in my mind more, I will solve all the problems, right? So need to release all these compassions, Uncle?
Uncle Ba: That's right. Just behave normally and let them be natural. They will sooner or later suffer if they refuse to practice. They have to suffer. The more stubborn the more suffering. Suffering awakens the mind. At that time they will ask you how to cultivate.
Q: Yes. thank you, Uncle. I can neutralize my emotions by practicing concentrating on the mind, but I still sit there and argue with them so that is wrong.
