These conversations between Vovi practitioners and Uncle Ba were collected from Phan Van Channel on Youtube and Kim Chi Nam channel on Telegram. All were arranged and translated by some of the practitioners. Uncle Ba carried out the last inspection.

Q: What is it like to find peace in conflict?
Uncle Ba: When you live in a chaotic life but you understand how things going on by doing vovi practice so you are peaceful not mad then that is the real peace. But if we see people have some kind of actions then you jude or praise them. that's mean you don't understand and you are not peaceful.
Q: How to know if there is halo or not?
Uncle Ba: Feeling the vibrations on the top of the head and seeing light when the mind is concentrated.
Q: How to increase the halo?
Uncle Ba: Increasing the halo is the spirit that must be light and unblocked.
Q: What are the benefits of the halo?
Uncle Ba: The light of the halo is the protection of the mind in purity.
Q: What's Patience? What's humble? Why we should be patient and humble?
Uncle Ba: Patience is understanding things in order, not being impatient and greedy. Humble is not judging nor involving in people's business.
Patience and humble to make our souls peaceful.
Q: What is Peaceful?
Uncle Ba: Peaceful is the mind without any impure energy so even if you live in an impure environment but you can keep your mind clean so only then you really have a strong pure spirit.
Q: What is morality and what is love?
Uncle Ba: Morality is peaceful. Love is healing and build up.
*Healing is release impure energy.
* Build is chant NMADDP to fix your mind and your character become better.
* Peaceful is the mind without any impure energy.

Q: Which factors that could play an important role in my spirual progress (going forwards or backwards)?
Uncle Ba: The mind that still holds onto worldly matters shall not advance on his spiritual path. Because these matters are unreal. They will only consume one’s time and his/her concentration to develop his/her soul.
Q: What's the sense of studying “Đạo”/Tao (spiritual equilibrium) - What is enlightenment?
Uncle Ba: - Studying Tao/the rules of nature (spiritual equilibrium) is able to feel the balancing rules of energy world in your mind. Knowing the effection of pure energy and impure energy on your mind.
- Enlightenment is knowing how and able to achieve a pure balance of energy in any situation that come to you.
Q: What is practicing according to the true meditation method?
Uncle Ba:- The right meditation method is a self-improvement practice method, a practitioner does not need to depend on anyone or anything's support from outside to able to practice then only they can achieve lightness for their own. The right meditation is purified impure energy for the mind to be opened, light and unblocked not bringing anything into the mind.
- The wrong meditation practice is bringing something into the mind, make it got blocked and depend on it.
Uncle Ba: "Tu"/ spiritual cultivation is looking for yourself.
- "tu"/spiritual cultivation is the main purpose of your life, so it's up to you to make your own program.
- When you work, do it wholeheartedly, but remember that it is not the main business and purpose of your life. About family, manage to organize and take care of it, make it done by simple way so that you have time to practice.
- You do not intend to get rich, but when the chance come, you have money. But having money or not is not the main purpose of a practitioner.
- You should set the main goal is practice to achieve enlightenment to return to the universe/god, any other's things are just for fun.
- Let's focus on the practice then anything comes from life to give you a chance to work then you work to live and practice. The main goal is to achieve enlightenment so keep that in mind without being drawn out of our goal.
Q: Chu Ba, how do I know I am got blocked or cleared?
Uncle Ba: When you are clear, you can feel impure energy get out of your top of head clearly. The suction on the top of the head is strong. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Uncle Ba: When your top of the head chakra opens, you need to keep on cultivating spiritually to maintain the chakra’s clearance. Maintaining is to invoke NMADDP.
Uncle Ba: When you have some questions it's mean your mind still got stuck at these points. Meditate clear will help you to get the answer and no more wonder Or When if there is pure light enery shine on you also get clear.
Uncle Ba: People are born with sinnes. Because of the intensity of their karma, they have more or less personality or dignity problems or disability which are manifestations of mental illness.
Uncle Ba:When you practice meditation to relief impure energy, you are light. You known when you are light you are happy so you know it's same for everyone. When people are light they are happy when they got blocked by impure energy they sad and mad. So when you understand it's happen the same for everyone , you sympathize for others and your mind is in peace.
Q: Is our microcosm created from many lifetimes?
Uncle Ba: In our microcosm, there is a complete structure like the outside, not because of many lifetimes. Everyone has the same structure, so each person has the same responsibility to take care of each person's microcosm to have lightness, mental and physical health, and then cultivate to let your spirit out of body and integrate into the universe. Uncle Ba: Encountering disturbing forces during your spiritual path helps you to progress quicker. Working on oneself spiritually in a pretentiously pleasant environment will lead to self-deception.
Q: What is pure energy and impure energy ?
Uncle Ba: Pure energy and Impure energy are two opposing forces in nature. These two forces oppose each other to eventually come to a equilibrium and balance with each other. Just like two substances, acids and alkalis are opposites of each other. When these two substances are put together, it reacts very strongly to saturate each other and become water and salt are two substances that are no longer opposed to each other. It becomes quiet peace. The cycle from chaos to silence is the natural law that we call Tao (Spiritual equilibrium). Tao is the harmony of yin and yang also is the state of mental equilibrium, joyful and lightness that we feel in our spirit. Our soul is light is energy so it get effected by pure and impure energy make it has two opposing states. The state created by the pure energy is wide openness, clear lightness, freedom and healthy . And the impure energy makes our mind stuck, angry, narrow and without freedom. At present, the souls of all living being are in the realm of many impure energy so all souls got affected, it causes them don't have peaceful state, dim, madness, mental suffering ... that's why these souls are forced to find a way to neutralize the state created by impure energy. That's is to find a spiritual cultivates method. spiritual cultivates is the method that use pure light energy to clear impure energy. if we can clear all the impure energy and maintain a state of being lightness without effected of impure energy on a practitioner's soul, then we call " to be liberated". Impure energy and Pure energy It has power.
A cultivator with a pure lightness mind and a sharper intuition, they feel the intensity of the power of the pure energy and impure energy very clearly. By realizing the two properties of these two forces clearly, they know how to neutralize these two forces so that their mind always have the state of purity and peace. On the spiritual journey to come to freedom from bondage, the practitioner must endure the impact of these two forces. So if you do not have the persistence to remember your goal to go to, you will be lost. We should always remember that our goal is liberations to becoming zero and lightness.
Uncle Ba: All living beings are able to live because of the suction from pure energy sucks away their impure energy, which we see through our sleep every night. This is equilibrium nature to maintain the existence. It is the spiritual equilibrium law that maintains minds equilibrium. God's pure light energy sucks our impure then burns it to become the pure one. When someone can cultivates lightness due to they can release their impure energy out of the top of their heads is where God sucks out the impure energy from each person's soul. Our souls are stuck in the body and living in this world has a lot of impure energy, so everyone is impure, but because they don't know a method to practice to be lightness so they don't know that they are impure. Therefore, they live without lightness and lucidity that's why they unintentionally do wrong with the equilibrium law which causes them suck a lot of impure energy and then suffers, anxiety and fear in their souls. Everyone is looking for happiness and peace, but there is no high effective way because they do not know that impure energy is an invisible form and it is the source of mental suffering. If you want to end suffering, the only way is to use a practice methods to relieve suffering. That's all very simple!
Uncle Ba: Our spiritual structure has many states like a country has a king, soldiers....so when the general works, it is mighty and the queen is gentle... So we have to practice to clear the bad elements, then we still have the good ones.
Q: Do we have to practice to clear impure energy all the time?

Q: Are blessings coming to me as a result of my own spiritual practices?
Uncle Ba: Correct. Blessings are our lightness created by ourselves. The lighter we are the more good fortunate events happen to us. We say we are Blessed.
Uncle Ba: Spiritual Cultivation of Vo Vi Method is spiritual cultivation of spiritual energy. So that whatever the mind thinks, it will happen. People who complains will suffer just like their will. On the contrary, those who think well and optimistic will do well.
Uncle Ba: Our soul is like a king. He only agrees or disagrees with the suggested ideas. If we’re dim & approve of its wrong actions, all will suffer.
Uncle Ba: If you cultivate but still like to compete, want to win someone. That's instigation of six senses organs and six sense objects. If you cultivates but still thinking that you are good, you are excellent. It's mean you agree with six sense organs and six sense objects ideas. Your soul is god father, your astral is god mother, 6 senes organs and objects are divine, saint,fairy. All living beings (each body's cells, pores) are thousands of souls.
Q: How to distinguish between soul body and astral body?
Uncle Ba: The soul just concerns in doing spiritual cultivation. The Astral does everything.
Q: Uncle Ba, Soul or Astral body wake me up?
Uncle Ba: The Astral, that wakes you up on time.
Q: Dear Uncle, invoke NMADDP for a period of time will automatically not want to mess with anyone's business. Do astral or soul body understand that?

🌸 PART 06

Uncle Ba: This body is very precious. We often take it for granted. But when an organ is missing or defected, we suffer greatly. When we create karma then get ill, it takes lengthy period of spiritual cultivation to recover the body to its original state.
Uncle Ba: God is also one divide himself into thousands of spirits and the universe. So everything comes from one, so everything has the same nature as god. But because of different karma, many faces are born. Now we practice Vovi to clean all karma from our spiritual so then we return to the nature of the original soul which is god.
Q: What is a return to the origin?
Uncle Ba: In our body have a heart, liver, lung, etc... Many different parts have different tasks but cooperate with each other for us to live. The universe also has full organizations, which can not just be accumulate into a lump. In the spiritual world, although there are many different levels, but if you cultivate the spirit, it will return to its original state. So if we cultivate, we will return to our original state or original level. So, when there is a spiritual practice method that can help you come back, you should just focus on practicing, what more could you want?!. When we are light, the energy of all five sense organs will also be clear and go up to the top of the head which is called "return to original" and all return to god and unite with god.
Uncle Ba: When you practice, yawning and falling asleep is the beginning of the relief. People who don't practice also yawn and fall asleep when they're tired.
Uncle Ba: People who do not know how to cultivates to clear impure energy of mind to be pure light then ghosts mind follow. Ghosts can not get close to who has a pure light spirit. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

🌸 PART 07

Uncle Ba: Practicing on letting go and no worry is to make your mind not to carry things and being clingy. Let things happen on its own accord.
Q: It would be wonderful if we could just delete things like the computer. Whatever is not needed, directly delete them...hihi
Uncle Ba: Soi Hon, Phap Luan Thuong Chuyen, Chieu Minh is to delete them. But there are too much memories, that’s why it takes long time. The difficult part is that we delete and record memories at the same time.
Q: Ah. Is that so? It retrieves those ancient memories, right uncle? When I do Soi Hon, it often brought me back to those old stories. It brought back even those memories that I didn’t remeber myself. Now it’s kinda gone.
Uncle Ba: That’s right. When you see them coming up meaning they are leaving. That’s why sometimes we recall bad, good, happy stories...etc even going back to past lives memories.
Q: Great!! But I havent seen my past lives yet.
Uncle Ba: All of them are memories recorded in our mind. That’s why when those memories appear, we think we are them leading to misperception.
Q: So we are living here just like living in a dream?
Uncle Ba: Correct. Dreams make you suffer. People who have gone ahead of us had told us this, however, we ignored their sayings because we are addicted to dreaming.
Uncle Ba: If we are really kind, our words will never offend others. Our words with the intention of contributing and sharing only.
Uncle Ba: If we follow a vegetarian diet and practice spiritual lightly so when we go to a restaurant, we will suck impure energy into our body but because we are light so we can release it easily. If we suck it too much at the same time and can't neutralize it in time, slowly we'll get blocked, heaviness and headache...
Q: Uncle, How do I know that I've reached enlightenment? And what is that state?
Uncle Ba: Reached enlightenment is understand the law of spiritual equilibrium, and to practice it all the time to maintain lightness. Lazy is going to corrupt.
Q: That's all, uncle. So simple!
Uncle Ba: It's that simple.
Q: Hihi but keeping the lightness all the time is not easy.
Uncle Ba: Hihi, it's very difficult to do simple things, but if you want to, you can do it.
Q: Of course I want to, uncle. I never want to stay here again.
Uncle Ba: Ok, if you are determined to find a way to make yourself light without attachment mind, you will know more and more how to maintain your lightness.
Q: How do I know which state of lightness I am in and which level?
Uncle Ba: When your soul can exit your body regularly then you know that your dharma power is strong and you can release bad energy quickly.
Q: Although our souls can come out of bodies, we still have to live on earth for the rest of our term. Why don’t you go out of your body and not come back?
Uncle Ba: That is the Will of God! We only care about developing our souls to become the purest spirits.
Q: Oh, it is so hard! It seems that when I can get out my body I still don't know what god's plan is.
Uncle Ba: Why should you still curious about other people’s business while cultivating? People recommended letting it go to clear your mind, why would you want to keep everything?
Q: I still don’t get it, there are so many funny things in this world! Even if I can get out of the body, it's still not ok!

🌸 PART 08

Q: When can I really see my soul?
Uncle Ba: When we come back to ourselves, we see our souls. You won’t see yourself by looking outwardly.
Q: Uncle! Let me ask you, after eating, if I sit and invoke NMADDP I'll feel the suction energy on the top of the head is strong. So why is the suction on the top of the head so strong?
Uncle Ba: God suckles non-stop the impure energy of all living beings.
Q: When the energy is sucking meaning I release the killing karma, will all of them be released?
Uncle Ba: Of course they will.
Q: Those animals, Do they have any benefits for being released?
Uncle Ba: Their soul evolution will get a higher level by our spiritual practice.
Q: Do I still owe these animals, Uncle?
Uncle Ba: No, you don't. Being blocked is debt, clear is out of debt.
Q: When there was no man, have God existed yet?
Uncle Ba: God is eternal, neither born nor destroyed. Compared to the life of the universe, the earth has just created. It means that before man, the universe existed. And before the universe, there was nothing, but there was God. Mr Tu (Master Tu) practiced spiritual cultivation and saw God when there was no universe.
Q: Did God exist before the universe?
Uncle Ba: God created the universe. But let's stop talking about God, focusing on your own spiritual cultivation and clear your impurity energy. The cleaner you are, the more you know God. Let you know that spirituality is infinite, so the ordinary mind cannot understand it until cultivation has been achieved. Keep practicing, humble yourself to learn all the time!
Q: The universe is matter. How did God create it?
Uncle Ba: If you analyze deeply in the atomic nucleus of matter, matter is also made of energy. But energy comes from thoughts. From the mind.
Q: So, from the mind… emitting nmaddp at the top of the head all the time, so that is emitting balanced energy for our spirits, right, Mr. Ba?
Uncle Ba: Yes, so practice is to keep invoke nmaddp on the top of the head non-stop.
Q: How not to cling?
Uncle Ba: Clinging is a force of attraction, refusing to let go. When we practice to release or neutralize that attraction, we no longer cling. The trick is to train your will to "let it go". That is not clingy.
Q: Okay, thank you, uncle. That force must be terrible?
Uncle Ba: Cultivating to have a strong mind that can release everything easily is to neutralize the clinging force. So, pay attention if you have a dictatorial nature that means you're clingy. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

🌸 PART 09

Uncle Ba: Don’t regret your efforts in building things. That way you can practice to go back to the emptiness.
Q: What is a wise soul can meet its astral body?
Uncle Ba: Cultivating the mind to be wise is cultivating for the mind to be bright. The mind shines when it's clear. Spiritual energy going smooth will emit love and forgiveness light (spiritual light). Meeting the soul's astral body means that the soul's energy is associated with the astral's energy or the soul meets the astral or yin and yang in harmony with each other. Those who do not have a method of practice to release impure energies to their soul and astral body, their soul and astral body will become contaminated, affected by worldly karma, and damaged because of the loss of the magic inherent from the beginning. When the soul practices using pure light energy to remove impure energy which is clinging to the soul and astral body, the soul and astral body will be cleansed and returned to the way it was before. That's called cultivating and correcting.
Q: What is the purpose of all the agitation towards us?
Uncle Ba: Whatever happens and bothers you, you should definitely ignore it and practice spiritual as much as possible to release impure energy to make your mind peaceful and light, everything will change for the better. The purpose of all the agitation that comes to us is to train our mind to definitely use our willpower to make us return to a peaceful state.
Q: I'm still like a stone sitting every night. Must manage to be light!
Uncle Ba: Relaxing is light.
Q: To be able to concentrate is relaxing, isn't it?
Uncle Ba: Not thinking about anything is relaxing. Going to sleep is relaxing.
Q: Really? Can I sleep, uncle? I didn't let my body sleep, I woke up to wash my face, wave my hands or do something else then continue to sit.
Uncle Ba: Sitting and focusing your will on the top of the head to sleep and not think about anything. When it is cooling outside, sit and do the "Soi Hon" method, breathe the "Phap Luan Thuong Chuyen" method, and then cover with a blanket to sleep. Don't think anything.
Q: This is good, uncle, I sleep a lot, when impure energy is attached to me I feel sleepy, I often climb up on the chair to sit and sleep.
Uncle Ba: Uncle Ba said that sitting slept by the time will become smart, someone thought that Uncle Ba was joking.
Q: Are you telling the truth? I'm going to try to sleep as much as possible once time!
Uncle Ba: Uncle Ba said uncle Ba told the truth.
Q: I like to teach others, that mean I enjoy being a teacher?
Uncle Ba: Like is wrong! Right! It means you love being a teacher.
Q: I mean, if I see someone who needs help, I want to help. Is that ok? Hihi
Uncle Ba: If people ask, help them! If they don't then just focus to invoke "Nam Mo A Di Da Phat".
Q: Uncle, do I need to sit on a same place and invoke "nmaddp"? Or just just need to work and invoke "nmaddp" at the same time?
Uncle Ba: Invoke "nmaddp" all the time to get used to it. Walking, standing, sitting or lying down also need to invoke "nmaddp" ***
Uncle Ba: Do you know what is the difference between being a teacher and sharing?
Q: Being a teacher is dictatorship, in fact you "forcing" people to follow your will.
Uncle Ba: That's right. Just a little bit difference. So, hearing a person's way of speaking is knowing right or wrong. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

🌸 PART 10

Q: Why do we need to be totally clear to reach the state of equilibrium?
Uncle Ba: Once a person reaches the state of equilibrium, he will have clarity and lightness. To reach this state of equilibrium, his mind has to be clear. It’s like river water has to flow to the sea 🌊, once it reaches the sea, it’ll stop flowing and reach the stillness state. For the river water to be able to flow to the sea, the river has to be clear for its water to flow. If the river is blocked, water flow will also be blocked and can’t get to the sea. Therefore, practitioners have to work on spiritual practices to clear the blockages in his/her minds to achieve the state of equilibrium. You say you want to reach the state of equilibrium without doing the practices to make yourself clear. This state won’t happen to you.
Q: When we are light, impure energy is always looking for us, so limits contact others texting, right, uncle ?
Uncle Ba: That’s right. When we are light, impure energy is always looking for us, so we have to know who needs help then we can help them but who just gossip with us then let them go.
Q: What you teach us in the group is to let the soul know how to govern 6 senes organs and 6 senes objects, right? Because the soul is inherently silent, only impure energies make us mess up?
Uncle Ba: A pure soul is a void. We have to practice it to become automatic, then the impure energies will be neutralized continuously. Being able to do that means our mind is very strong. That is returning to God.
Uncle Ba: When you have pure energy, you take control of your life. Pure energy has the power to break all the impure energies that block your soul. Pure energy is the source of a peaceful and happy life.
Uncle Ba: Everything is created by our mind, so when your mind emits something, you have it. So if we want to have something, we must have the heart to give, not worry about losing. Because when our mind really wants to give, the mind has the state of giving, then people or surroundings have a will to give when we are there. Then we have. On the contrary, when we want to have, want to take, the surrounding environment also want to have, want to keep, so we won't get anything. If we want people to love us, we must have a loving heart. If you want to be rich, you have to live rich. And if you are stingy, the surrounding environment will become stringy for you. 🌸 PART 11

Q: Uncle, if husband and wife have predestined karma, do they have to stay until they are old or until one of them wants to leave to finish their karma? Or if I quit, even if I quit to cultivate my spirit, will I also still be in debt?
Uncle Ba: Karma is the thoughts in the mind. Release karma is releasing all the ideas in your head. When two people meet and fit together it creates an inner liking thought. The minds are attached by each other is called karma. We must practice spirituality to release thoughts and understand that the position of each soul is to be responsible for our evolution means we release karma. No need to leave anyone means release karma because we don't own anything in this life so no need to give up or keep.
Q: Yeah, I don't mean to own my wife or children or anything. I mean, I just want to be free to easily cultivate my spirit, is that okay?
Uncle Ba: This is the thought of wanting to be free but still clinging. Clinging is wanting to control everything other than yourself to follow your will, and dare not to let it happen naturally.
Uncle Ba: On earth there is air, so we can make sound to speak in order to communicate with each other but in space sound cannot be heard. Talking is just conveying ideas. So the spiritual realm does not speak by sound, but only conveys thoughts. Communicate from the top of head.
Uncle Ba: When we live naturally, we live according to the understanding of the astral body. The more spiritual cultivation makes the astral wiser, the more natural we live. Wise is not ordinary intelligence. The astral also is like Bluetooth. It captures signals of all surroundings. Just like Uncle Ba goes somewhere and wants to park near the shop that he wants to go to, in his mind, he knows how to have a parking space close to him even though there are a lot of cars parked in the parking lot.
Q: Is that the teachings from the astral body, uncle!?
Uncle Ba: The astral body report to the soul.
Uncle Ba: Before practicing the Vovi method, the impure energies are not stirred, they are accumulated hardly at the bottom of the body as such the mud settled down at the bottom of a clear lake. Practicing the Vovi method is to stir up the mud to filter it out.. so non-cultivator while lying down sleep will still absorb impure energies, but they don't know and when Vovi practitioners lie down, they also absorb impure energies, they know it immediately so they feel uncomfortable. Non-cultivators also feel tired when they wake up. Couldn't wake up.
Q: Uncle, so if I sincerely practice but have no results. For example, 10 years the astral body is still not able to go out of the body so what other reasons are there?
Uncle Ba: Although someone was sincere but practiced wrongly so there was no result. Wrong practice is practicing and worrying about other people's business out there at the same time. Teacher Tam said "practice Vo Vi to become a Buddha then you can do whatever you want" In "Vi Kien Discussion" (name of a book written by Teacher Tam). At least have to enter the Buddha world. Many people practice Vo Vi wrong. Practice but like to go to the temple to do merit. (Vietnamese Version, Click Here!)

Q: What is the cause of illness?
Uncle Ba: All diseases are caused by impure energies that cling to your soul for a long time, so the functioning of the organs is not as smooth as it was in the beginning. Like a vicious circle, when the impure energies cling to us that we can't release, it causes our five organs to become blocked, from which we have some kind of nature.
It is also because of our nature that we inadvertently make ourselves sick continuously. Therefore, if we want to cure diseases, we should stop the habits and thoughts in life and use the Vovi practice method to quickly release all impure energies, then our body will heal itself. If we want to pay off karma, we have to practice the method to release impure energies in our minds, no need to do anything else.
Uncle Ba: We have to learn the laws of spiritual science and practice according to that law to get results, if we don't know how to do self-cultivation to get self-improvement and we need to rely on others to save us meaning we don't know how to use our abilities for the rest of our lives, we will be weak and dependent and will die.
Uncle Ba: Spiritual cultivation is not only to understand theories but also to practice to get real results. People talking is talking about the theories come from the results of practice. For example, people say that invoke NMADDP help to dissolve thoughts. Then when we do that if our thoughts are gone then we see it as what people say. And if we do that but our thoughts still there, then the theory people say is not true or our cultivation has no results. So what do we believe? Are people wrong or are we wrong?
Q: Only I am wrong, no one is wrong. I always take that sentence to learn.

Q: Why does it shake when practicing?
Uncle Ba: Being shaken while practice is up to the individual. Should breathe the "Chieu Minh" method a lot to stop shaking. Being shaken also doesn't matter, that is chakra unblocking. Must practice continuously without stopping for chakras to be clear, then meditation will be quiet.

Q: What should we do when we have a yin part inside us?

We have to use forgiveness and love to be the standard. The mind has no jealousy, or hatred because this is the mind of the devil. If we keep nurturing these thoughts means we still want to play with the devil and we won't be pure light. We have to release and educate ourselves. If we don't teach and practice the method to keep ourselves light, we'll be stupid and miserable because of ourselves. Ghosts are weak and always ask for help, while demons are dictators and think they are better than others.
Q: Uncle, there was a monk who cured many illnesses, including mediating for injustice between people of yang and yin. This monk has also practiced spiritual evolution and also can get out the soul, and cultivate spiritual energy, so I think they use the spiritual power to heal diseases, so people's souls are healed. However, they say that the method we practice is not effective, we have lost our way. So what is the truth? Your soul can go out, can you see where is my dad's soul now?
Uncle Ba:If a practitioner achieves a wise mind, we will know that all diseases arise from one's thoughts. When we are unwise, we think wrongly, so we live the wrong way and we get sick. To live wrongly with the spiritual equilibrium/the Tao, that is to live without letting go and to like to hold on to it, is against the Tao. Spiritual equilibrium is the law that maintains the mind to return to a pure state, the mind is not disturbed, and it is not crushed and suffering. So when we live with the awareness that everything is not ours, we are living according to the Tao. Spiritual Equilibrium is the mind without thoughts, the mind is quiet and pure. We cultivate we should focus on practicing the method to achieve lightness for the soul can go to a light pure realm. Everything in this world turns out to be just to teach us to fulfill the three noble qualities that we must possess to return to our roots. That is Bi, Tri, Dung (love, wise, brave). We can go back to ourselves means we have these three precious qualities that people call the Triple Gem.
Uncle Ba: When the spiritual cultivate lightly, suck in then immediately release. When meditating, energy circulates strongly, impure energy cannot be attached. Therefore, the soul can be light then it can come out of the body.
Uncle Ba: Tao/ Spiritual equilibrium is a pure mind with no thoughts in the mind. If you want the mind to be pure, you don't want anything, don't mean to protect your ego, don't have the will want people to listen to you, don't compete, jealousy, hatred but only focus on cultivating, invoke nmaddp and release impure energy, disturbing thoughts out. Just release all out and keeping the mind quiet is enough. That's so easy. If you are still a dictator, your mind will have no peace, no peace, no impartial, unintelligent and you lock your soul in your delusion. They return to themselves to take care of their spiritual development to return to the great position that they foolishly lost. Q: Why do I practice in hard condition I can cultivate well, while I cultivate in easy conditions I cultivated so bad?

Uncle Ba: Release impure energy until there are no thoughts in the head only can call pure light, then the soul can get out of the body. A lot of reasoning means the mind is still in disturbances and has no lightness. Cultivation is only concerned with the practice of releasing impure energy for maximum purity of the soul, natural magic will appear. We should not want or don't want to have the soul or astral body come out of the body. Should not reason according to our deduction through books or scriptures. We have to practice with experience, with clear experience to know. Then we have to prove the fact whether it is true. If we don't know in spiritual energy and say that this is right or that's wrong, we're leading ourselves in the wrong direction without knowing it. We should not have any opinions that cause us to build a wall to block the way to the truth.

If you are greedy to find other dharmas and collected too much impure energy which causes your Chakras completely blocked and bear with it. The cultivator must understand which dharma can unblock and why it can. What are the causes? If you don't understand and run around collecting troubles, you'll waste time and have to start over from beginning. It is not because I am practicing Vovi so I said that the Vovi dharma is a highly effective practice method. The truth is that Vovi dharma has very highly effective. Those who practice have not many results yet cannot know about this, so they are still in doubt and suspect the dharma. Those who know the Vovi dharma are very fortunate. But if anyone cultivates without results, they should reconsider how have they been practicing. Since knowing the Vovi dharma I kept practicing these methods and discovered that spirituality was very magical and immensely developed. If you practice diligently, you will definitely have results in the spiritual realm.
Q: Why does Uncle Ba very often talk about eating pork? I have eaten pork for many lifetimes. Is it okay to eat a little more in this life?
Uncle Ba: Eating pork has a lot of impure energies that are very clingy and make it difficult for the chakras to circulate. Because of this nature, it is difficult for practitioners to release these impure energies and create alot of common sentiments. Emotional clinging to the mind is difficult to give up any lifetime's business to keep the mind pure.
Uncle Ba: Anyone who speaks wisely, speaks good, speaks well, and criticizes others is fine with them, but you should ask yourself if you know how to make yourself light so that your soul can come out of your being. If people haven't been able to come out the soul, it is because they don't know how to practice or practice has not resulted yet, then their criticism has no value to be concerned with. If they practice with real results, they certainly don't waste their time and energy criticizing others. Awakening Mind: "Whoever praises or hates does not care".
Q: Why said that cultivators are "stupid"?
Uncle Ba: "Stupid" means not caring about winning or losing or disputing any worldly's business, actually cultivators are not stupid. They are wise so they know to build up their souls is eternal, not caring about temporary things that are not real.

Uncle Ba: Close your eyes and listen to learn about the changes in your mind to know how to practice so that your mind can be purified as much as possible, not open your eyes and run around to find out about other people's business.
Q: Uncle Ba. Are all these feelings of hate, sadness, joy inference invisible and hidden inside of us? As long as we practice hard to solve continuously, one day when I close my eyes, I will forget everything and see my true self, right Uncle?
Uncle Ba: Right. Q: Can Uncle Ba share tips for cultivating well for new cultivators?
Uncle Ba: Cultivation of Vovi is that we release impure energies and create light pure energies. Light pure energies are the ability to unblock and dissolve all the deadlocks, so when a practitioner has a definitive mind to practice, he will have a lot of light pure energies. Therefore, everything around us will be well influenced by our light pure energies. And if anyone hasn't had a definitive mind yet, they will still be able to release impure energies without having a lot of light pure power, then life will be still messy all the time. Therefore, at the beginning of the practice, a practitioner should turn to himself and focus on cultivating for a while, then he will be light and have a good influence on himself and everything around him. Uncle Ba: Patience and diligence mean that we diligently cultivate. If something comes up that causes us to be in turmoil, but we still diligently cultivate, we will dissolve all that turmoils. Finally, we will peaceful.
Uncle Ba: Black Buddha is the God of Infinity Great Emperor (Thượng Đế Vô Cực Đại Thiên Tôn) is the origin of everything. When Mr. Tu's soul came out and return to the time before the universe was formed, Mr. Tu only saw a flow of black energy that Mr. Tu described as having no people and no objects. The souls of all beings are separated from this place and therefore all have their original nature from God. Because the soul is polluted, it loses the nature of God. If someone cultivates to remove all pollution, the soul will be transparent again as it was when separated from God. Pollution makes our minds clingy, delusional nature that creates a small and narrow ego.

Uncle Ba: Sitting sleep is better than lying down sleep because the flow of energies flows along the spine is in the same direction as the suction drawn from the top of the head, so polluted energies can be released quickly. But the chakra on the top of the head must be open for impure energies to go out. Those who have not opened the chakra on the top of the head are difficulty sitting asleep. When invoking NMADDP, the vibrations of the 6 words neutralized the vibrations of the stagnation and chaos clinging to the mind, so the mind was at peace again. When the mind is light, only the vibrations of the spiritual energies of the spiritual realm can be felt.
Q: When meditating and becoming light, I connect mind to mind with Guanyin. But after that, I felt like I was Guan Yin. Is my feeling disrespectful, uncle?
Uncle Ba: There is no disrespect to show that you and Guanyin can be one. So we have to practice returning to ourselves and keep our minds light and empty. The heart for only one's own is only called a god.
Uncle Ba: People who are suffering, do not know who they are and what the purpose of existence is, so they want to find dharma to cultivate. All the correct dharmas are how to solve suffering and the cause that makes darkness disappear. The source of suffering and darkness are energies in the spiritual realm, which are impure energies. Vovi mediation is the practice of going straight to spiritual energy to perform these things without using external objects.
Uncle Ba: In your spiritual cultivation, you have to be sober. The law of life is the law of life, spiritual equilibrium law is the law of spiritual equilibrium. Mixing everything mess up is called disorderly. If you see a red light on the road and run past it, you will always have an accident. Uncle Ba: In nature, god creates two forces of light pure and heavy impure to educate the soul to have BI - TRI and DUNG (Love-Wise-brave)　to keep the balance for themselves. We can achieve lightness means we have full of BI - TRI and DUNG which Are 3 factors to return to our original nature.
Uncle Ba: Taking the basics as standard, We don't have any thoughts. When we have some thoughts means we got infected impure energy from outside world and can't release it, then we react according to these infections. Our mind is originally blank. So if we want to be at peace, we must release all thoughts. And when we see that we have a certain nature, we know that we have been sick because of impure energies have been created a long time ago.
Uncle Ba: Sooner or later we will be infected by impure energy. 1st is that we don't know, 2nd is that we are unpolluted. If you are unpolluted, the soul must be outside the body while you are alive. So Uncle Ba said that we have to take the standard if the soul comes out of the body to know if we are a really light and good person or not, otherwise we are not pure enough.
Q: Why do we have to cultivate, Mr Ba? What is the purpose of Cultivate to return to god, Mr. Ba? What is the purpose of liberation, Mr. Ba?
Uncle BaUncle Ba: Everything is looking for happiness, peace, health, a relaxed and wise spirit, clear thoughts, no fear, freedom, no restraint or bound in the soul...These states are just the states when the capacity of our soul circulates harmoniously and strongly. Our mental capacity by the original structure of nature is to circulate continuously and strongly. Which we call the Creator or god. But since the law of god wants to have this powerful harmonious circulation, there must be elements to push our soul's capacity to go to the same state as the original state of it. That is the force of light pure energy open development and impure energy deadlock. Because the mind is blocked by impure force, it makes the mind gradually far away from the state that it was in the beginning. It's tribulation, birth- old-sick-die. Because the ability is not lost, it is only strong or weak. Because when it is weak, it is constantly reincarnated to be trained until it lights up as it was in the beginning. The journey to let our mind shine is called cultivating. So we have to use the dharma cultivates to brighten our minds again. Must use the dharma that can make the mind really brighten up is right. When the mind shines like it was in the beginning, it is called a return to god and liberation. To have liberation, the mind must have a vibration to break out impure energy constantly. We call it diligence.
Uncle Ba: Call Buddha means there is still a position. Still high or slow means still have positions. No Space and no time are God. God is zero. Finally zero. Zero is out of words. Uncle Ba: There are as many impure energies in this world as phone waves. It belongs to the type of yin energy and our soul is yang, so yin and yang attract each other constantly, so we have to practice abdominal breathing and invoke NMADDP to solve it continuously. If we train the mind not to cling, we won’t collect the surrounding environment business and loaded inside. Practice the mind and character to ignore these not necessary businesses, do not care, do not think it’s important, then nothing will be recorded in the mind.
Q: Why do cultivators need to understand the spiritual equilibrium law?
Uncle Ba: Anything that exists must follow the law of natural equilibrium to be there. So is the soul. Uncle Ba: Must keep going back to ourselves to take care of cultivation. People with a lot of feelings and extroverts are difficult to cultivate.
Uncle Ba: Buddha does not enter human bodies and name himself. Buddha is a person who has been liberated, so he doesn't care about worldly business. People must follow the Buddha's example to cultivate and move on their own.
Q: I realize that there is a part of the Devil's Mind in me. Always pretending. I accept and am consistent with the way of cultivation when I encounter misunderstandings and miss acknowledge from others. But when someone comes to talk to me, they only annoy me even more. So is my mind still owned by those parts?
Uncle Ba: Hihi. Because you still love and care about them, every time you meets them and see that they are still in darkness, you feel angry in your heart and do not want to have feelings involved with them so that you can return to yourself. Let them go through their suffering so that they can quickly awaken their mind. If their approach makes you get impure energy and uncomfortable then you go somewhere else.
Q: If so, I just need to change my behavior to be right in life and be determined to practice to be able to concentrate in my mind more, I will solve all the problems, right? So need to release all these compassions, Uncle?
Uncle Ba: That's right. Just behave normally and let them be natural. They will sooner or later suffer if they refuse to practice. They have to suffer. The more stubborn the more suffering. Suffering awakens the mind. At that time they will ask you how to cultivate.

Q: Where are our thoughts come from?
Uncle Ba: All thoughts in our head are the ideas of thousands of souls inside us suggest. So we consider what suggests that is right for us to cultivate, purify and simplify things. We managed to cultivate to have no more wandering thoughts, but only NMADDP is right. Focusing on invoking NMADDP to have no more thoughts is achieved.
Uncle Ba: There are a lot of impure energies clinging all over and in our body, so we have to practice releasing them non-stop.
Uncle Ba: Only the quiet sea can make a bright crystal shine! It means that only when our mind is as pure as the sea without waves, the bright dot of our soul will appear. Our soul only can come out.
Uncle Ba: we have to practice invoking NMADDP mindfulness until we understand the value of NMADDP then only when our soul comes out, we will know invoking NMADDP. When the mind is quiet and clean, the bright dot of our soul appears automatically.
Q: People who often eat fish and shrimp meat carrying killing karma, and absorbing animals' sorrow in their bodies are evil... The cultivator can release animals' souls after they ate, pure light energy can neutralize their grieves, and bless the animals’ souls to be light and joy is good. It's also the same action but the two results are different. Therefore, sometimes we encounter chaos actually because we were not light enough to neutralize the karma that we have caused. So we have to focus on practicing to be pure light, is that right uncle?

Uncle Ba: Hello Thai and friends: Since I first learned about Vovi meditation, I listened to teacher Tam's tape and I always tried to understand the main idea of his teachings. I realized that the main thing about cultivation is to practice the dharma to erase impure energy and maintain pure energy. Purifying our soul energy as clean as possible, extremely clean is the ultimate goal. Also, thanks to my best trying to breathe and meditate, and train to be able to invoke NMADDP nonstop, while practicing Vovi, I learned and know many things in the spiritual energy realms, in short, we call VoVi Realm. I apply what I know in Vovi to my current life to prove whether what I’ve understood is true or not. When applying it, I studied that there were results as I knew in advance. Because all spirituality has the same structure, there is only a difference due to the chakras systems stuck or clear differences. So when people practice lightness, when they look at a person's face, voice, body, attitude, and actions, they know how that person is. In addition, the mind of a pure light cultivator is in harmony with the mind of the surrounding environment, so a pure light person knows and understands the state of everything around him. In the beginning, when I started practicing, teacher Tam came and shone his energy very strongly to help me relieve my soul and go into the spiritual realm. Thanks to that, I learned and knew what the spiritual realm is, what death is, and what living is. He must have known that I wanted to practice to achieve the state of being able to come out of my body, so he helped me practice and come out of my body very easily. Because it was too easy to come out, one night the teacher came to help me, I told him (in the spiritual realm) not to help me anymore so that I could practice and use my ability to practice to come out, then I would know the real ability of my own. Since then, I have not seen teacher Tam shine his energy anymore, but I tried to cultivate myself and also can come out of my body. Going out to the spiritual realm I met many high-level cultivators. When I met them, they gave me gifts (shone energy also). So happy and healthy! While flying, I was invited in, so there was a force that pulled me into the bright aura of Buddha. If I did not have the invitation to enter, I couldn’t go in because the light of the aura pushed me away and didn't let me get close.
Thanks to this study, I knew that I had to make my flow of energy power always clear so that I would have an aura and only aura can protect me (just as guards were guarding his city). If there is no aura, Impure energy will break into my body. When cultivators meditate lightly, they have a very bright aura. If there is a very bright aura, then their soul can go out. So, cultivators who can come out of the soul while alive, have a lot of spiritual strength, not mediocrity. People who do not practice or do not have enough results yet will not understand this, so they do not know the value of spiritual cultivation for the soul to come out. Every time I sleep, if I wake up, I will meditate more. does Thai know why? Because after meditating and sleeping, we already release a path of impure energy, the energy of the soul has recovered abundantly, so when I wake up, I take that opportunity to continue meditating more to purify myself completely to be able to come out my body. “Soul comes out, the soul comes out” is the goal of my practice. About a year ago, one day I woke up and continued to meditate. As soon as I sat down, teacher Tam came to harmonize with me so that he could tell me the essence of him so that I could know what the power of his aura was so strong that I could try to practice to achieve the same. When teacher Tam was in harmonized with me, at that time I was in his spiritual state, I had an aura radiating to every pore all over my body and was as intense as the flames of the welding flame radiating throughout the room. Meanwhile, I said to myself in my mind: ’‘With this power, there is no impure energy that can approach near me.’‘. At that time, I start to understand what unpolluted earthly karma was like. I continued to sit still because I knew that with this power, my soul would be pure and would come out. It was exactly right!, a few seconds later I floated and left away from my body and flew out of the house, and watched the dawn come out.
